Chris James brings extensive leadership experience from residential care services, including managing large care environments supporting more than 70 residents. His work has focused on person-centred care, strong governance and positive team cultures. As a result, services under his leadership have developed warm, respectful environments where people feel valued, listened to and treated as individuals.
Matt James has a background in care and operational leadership, including hospitality and nutrition within care settings. He places particular emphasis on wellbeing, familiar routines and the everyday comforts that influence quality of life. Consequently, his approach helps ensure that care remains compassionate, consistent and centred on the individual.
